Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for books that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Books must be in their original condition and packaging.
Eligible for Return
- • Damaged books (torn or water-damaged)
- • Wrong book delivered
- • Missing pages or defective printing
- • Duplicate delivery
Not Eligible
- • Change of mind after delivery
- • Books with broken seal (eBook codes)
- • Gift cards and vouchers
- • Books returned after 7 days
How to Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.
- Click "Return/Replace" and select the reason for return.
- Upload photos of the damaged/defective item if applicable.
- Pack the book securely and our delivery partner will pick it up.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer
